Meanwhile, Spotify announced a new partnership with Uber. When you get a car through the Uber app, you can choose music the car will be playing upon arrival – enabled by Spotify. Get the details about “Your Ride. Your Music”
All this points to the obvious, streaming music services need to expand their user base exponentially. People listen in the car. Taking the friction out of using Beats Music or Spotify in the car will be a decided advantage.
